Codding Energy & Mechanical, Inc. is a locally owned commercial HVAC company founded in 2010.  Gideon Codding has 20 plus years experience in controls, service repair, retrofits, refrigeration, and preventative maintenance (money well spent). Valerie Codding uses her executive brilliance to grow and maintain CEM to what it is today. Together we have a passion for our customers, placing the highest value on integrity, dependability, and professionalism. The result of our efforts has created longstanding relationships with our many Northern and Southern California customers. We are a group of individuals who truly enjoy fixing things!!
